RUFFLE SHORTS PATTERN

This fun pattern allows you to knit rather quickly low waist shorts that are reminiscent of vintage ruffle knickers. You will need 15mm (US size 19) needles, a small amount of 2mm elastic thread and ribbon like material. I used recycled silk sari.
