A-line flare mini skirt with silk sari ribbons which allow you to customize the length of the piece. The waist is folded over an elastic.
The pieces could accommodate a size XS-L depending where you want it to sit at the waist. Smaller sizes will be able to wear it at mid/low waist where bigger ones, higher. Laying flat, the waist is 15"/ 38cm wide and the skirt is 16"/ 40cm long.
