The idea stems from a conversation I had with my late husband, shortly before we got married. Told him I didn’t know much about the traditions, thought the idea of a trousseau was cool, but it would be even cooler if it was all black. It’s been three months since he passed away and I went thru many things and surely, many more are to come. I hope this collection is a reflection of those things, beauty emerging from the darkest thoughts and the strongest contradictions. I hope it makes you feel something. In life, nothing is a certainty, but death will always come.
